Regulations

1. The presence of an animal in the hotel must be reported at the hotel reception no later than during the check-in process. Failure to provide this information will result in an additional regulatory fee, charged no later than on the day of check-out, according to the current price list.
2. The hotel accepts small breed animals up to 10 kg.
3. The stay of an animal on the hotel premises involves an additional fee, according to the current price list.
4. Guests arriving with an animal are obliged to pay a deposit of 200 PLN.
5. During the first two days of an animal’s stay in the new place (H Villa Herkules***), we suggest walks or outings related to the hygiene and cleanliness of the four-legged pets every 3 hours.
6. Each animal has its favorite food and diet; therefore, we do not provide meals for them. We suggest you prepare food that is tested and accepted by your four-legged household members, which does not cause stomach upset.
7. Animals may be on public areas of the hotel only in designated places. It is forbidden to bring animals into the buffet hall on level 1.
8. It is unacceptable to use hotel towels and bedding for the needs of animals, to allow animals on beds and sofas, or to allow physiological needs to be taken care of in the room.
9. Animal caretakers are obliged to clean up after the animal both in the hotel room and throughout the entire hotel facility and green area belonging to the facility.
10. Animal owners are obliged to immediately inform the reception of any damage caused by the animal.
11. The owner is responsible for any material damage, as well as damage caused by the animal to other animals or people, and commits to cover any potential costs if necessary.
12. Animal caretakers bear full responsibility for their behavior.
13. A dog without a muzzle must remain under the direct supervision of the caretaker, who exercises effective control over it. In shared hotel areas, dogs are obligatorily to be kept on a leash.
14. For safety reasons, animals that are sick, females in heat, and puppies up to 3 months old are not allowed on the hotel premises.
15. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to an animal that threatens the health or safety of others, in particular to refuse acceptance of individuals: aggressive towards people or animals, sick, or without valid vaccinations and parasite protections.
16. All items, especially animal toys, may be damaged or lost, and the owner will not raise complaints related to this.
17. Leaving animals unattended by their owners is prohibited.
18. Owners agree to the free placement of photos or videos featuring their animal in materials illustrating the hotel’s activities, website, and social media portals.
19. For safety reasons, cleaning of rooms where animals are staying is carried out only in the presence of the owner or during the absence of the animal in the room. To arrange a convenient time, please contact the staff.
20. If leaving the animal alone in the room, please leave a door hanger on the outside of the door handle. Door hangers are available at the hotel reception.
21. The owner declares that they have read the regulations of the stay of animals at H Villa Herkules and accept its provisions.

The cost of a dog’s stay at the hotel is 100 PLN / per day.
