Protection of the User’s privacy is of great importance for REHAKUR SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. Due to this, the Users of the Website www.villaherkules.pl are guaranteed high standards of privacy protection. REHAKUR SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, as the data Controller, takes care of security of the data made available by the users.

The Controller also aims to duly inform the Users about the rights and duties connected with the processing of personal data, especially in relation to the content of the personal data protection provisions stipulated in the Regulation of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). This is also why, caring for protection of the Website Users’ privacy, in this document the Controller informs about the legal bases of processing of personal data provided by the Users in connection with the use of the Website www.villaherkules.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), methods of collection, processing and protection of personal data, as well as about Users’ rights.

The User is any natural person who is the data subject, using the Website www.villaherkules.pl or electronic services available via the Website.

    Using the Website www.villaherkules.pl by the User is equivalent to the User accepting that the Controller collects and uses the personal data according to this Privacy Policy. The personal data of the Website User is processed by the Controller based on their consent, whereas, in some cases described in this document, in pursuit of the Controller’s legitimate interest. The User is entitled to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of the consent does not affect lawfulness of processing carried out based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. If this Privacy Policy changes and the User continues to use the Website, it shall be deemed a consent for the current terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.

  3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
    The method of processing of the User’s personal data by the Controller depends on the manner of using the Website by the User and functionalities available on it. The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:

      The purpose of using the User’s personal data made available by them through the contact form available on the Website is marketing communication run by the Controller as part of conducted business, in particular presenting commercial offers to the User by electronic means.

    1. for the purpose of conclusion and potential performance of the contract between the User and Administrator, as well as for the purpose of servicing the User as the Controller’s client under Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR;
    2. for the purpose of financial settlements with the User, being the Controller’s client, arising from performance of the potential contract concluded between the parties, potential seeking of claims from the User, being the client, in pursuit of the Controller’s legitimate interest under Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR, as well as performance of the Controller’s obligations towards tax authorities under separate provisions of the law, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR;
    3. for the purpose of performance of the Controller’s marketing activities in pursuit of the Controller’s legitimate interest under Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR, as well as according to the declarations of intent regarding marketing communication submitted by the Controller. The consents awarded in the scope of marketing communication (e.g. consent for commercial information sent via electronic means of communication or for telephone contact for the purposes of direct marketing) can be withdrawn at any time, not affecting compliance with the law of the processing performed on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal;
    4. for the purpose of performance of the Controller’s legal obligations towards the User specified in GDPR under Art. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR.
  4. MAKING PERSONAL DATA AVAILABLE
    The User’s personal data shall not be transferred to any third parties by the Controller.
  5. USER’S RIGHTS
    1. User’s Rights
      The User, on every stage of processing of their data, has a number of guaranteed rights, allowing them to obtain access to their data, to verify the correctness of data processing, have it rectified and object to data processing, request erasure of the data, restriction of its processing or to transfer the data.     2. Right to submit a compliant to the supervisory authority
      The User, whose personal data is processed by the Controller, has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  6. COOKIES
    1. The Controller informs that, while using the Website, short text information referred to as “cookies” is saved in the User’s end device. “Cookies” contain such IT data as: User’s IP address, the website’s name from which they originated, their storage time on the User’s end device, record of parameters and statistics and a unique number. Cookies are directed to the Website server via the web browser installed on the User’s end device.
      This Website uses Cookies for the following purposes:

      1. to maintain technical correctness and continuity of the session between the Website server and the User’s end device;
      2. to optimise the use of the Website pages by the User and to adjust the manner of their display on the User’s end device;
